Our Sampans are 22 metres long by 4.5 metres wide – each contain a Front Observation room, Master Bedroom with A/C, Full Bathroom with bathtub, Living room/2nd bedroom with A/C and an open dining area off the back. The living room comes complete with retractable roof - great for sunbathing or stargazing. Laptop with 3G internet is also provided.

1.Cancellations: “Mango Cruises”

For cancellations of confirmed bookings:

Overnight cruises: 15-29 days: 30% charge of the total amount including the eventual deposit paid prior will be charged.

Day cruises: 7-14 days: 25% charge of the total amount including eventual deposit paid prior will be charged.

Overnight cruises: 7-14 days: 50% charge of the total amount including eventual deposit paid prior will be charged.

Day cruises: 1-6 days: 50% of the total amount including eventual deposit paid prior will be charged.

Overnight cruises: 1-6 days: 70% of the total amount including eventual deposit paid prior will be charged.

Day cruises and overnight cruises: No show: 100% of the total amount including eventual deposit paid prior will be charged..

2. Special conditions for children:

• FOC for children under 5 years
• 50% for children traveling with parents aged from 5-11 years based on adult price.
• Full price for children ages 12 years and up.
